It's a dump and should not be on your list of approved hotels. How do I get my money back?

Arrived by car at hotel which is located in a seedy area. A notice outside offered Valet Parking but there was cno one about. I went inside and there was no one at the Front Desk. I took a glance around and decided this was not a place for an elderly couple We don't stay in dumps. By cell phone arranged a room at the New Castle Marriott which was fine. When did you last inspect this Hotel?

Virtually everything but we were unable to have a viewing of a room as no staff were present. However they quickly debited my AMEX for the full amount

Made me a believer!

Everything. The rooftop bar, speakeasy in basement, the staff were very attentive and friendly. I loved it and dont get me started about the bathroom products. Im the harshest hotel critic around but I will always stay here now when in the Wilmington area.

No negatives at all.

Quite enjoyable but for the noisy Friday night show and somebody dropping weights repeatedly over our room.

Great location Nicely decorated Quaint Excellent staff Great restaurant

The banging of the gym equipment directly over our bedroom (305) and the noise level from the patio bar was quite noticeable being above the room. Not enough sound proofing especially on the weekend. The pillows are way too huge and the loft makes it hard to sleep as they keep your head almost vertical.

Superb

First-rate hotel, clean and reasonably priced. And two blocks from Chancery Court so its great for lawyers.

Clean. New. Smells good. Friendly and helpful staff. Great food in the restaurant. Manager Chris is first class.

No room service or laundry service.

A stunning repurposing of an old bank building in an area which is definitely improving

Only had the outrageous sticky buns!!!! We enjoyed the Lavassa set up although the machine is awfully noisy.
