Review 1: A business guest had a fantastic stay at the Hyatt Riverfront. The front desk staff, Angel and Rebecca, were friendly and built a bond with guests. The rooms were clean, housekeeping was on (Read More) top of everything, and the complimentary breakfast was great. The hotel and location were beautiful. Review 2: A traveler stayed for one night and had some issues with the TV and phone not working. The receptionist's response was unhelpful. However, the room and hotel were decent, breakfast was good, and there was a nice lake behind the hotel for pictures. Review 3: The guest had a great stay for one night. Check-in/out was smooth, the room was clean, and the complimentary breakfast was higher quality than other hotels. Review 4: The room and complimentary breakfast were great, but there was an issue with the remote control not working. It took over an hour to resolve. Review 5: The hotel had a wonderful modern design, a calm and relaxing waterfront room, and friendly staff. The guest is planning to return. Review 6: Abby Lewis provided incredible customer service and went above and beyond for a corporate meeting group. The hotel is lucky to have her. Review 7: The front desk staff was rude, but Quay provided exceptional service and saved the stay. The guest would return just to see her again.

Ive stayed a few times, even got married there. Its spacious & right on the waterfront.
This time my refrigerator didnt work - i called the front desk & they werent very helpful, just said i had to change rooms. Also 9am while in bed housekeeping opened my door without knocking .

Spotless room, plush mattress, a clean bathroom, and free onsite parking!
Breakfast couldve been better with a wider range of healthy choices.

Yes, for sure!
The location was superb, convenient to local restaurants, entertainment and transportation!
Well the Riverfront Event was connected to the Hyatt and their staff was rude and aggressive towards guests staying at the Hyatt. Threatening to call the police.

The breakfast was good. We also loved the location.....clise to the Riverwalk, restaurants, and a Starbucks. Staff was friendly and very helpful.
That we couldn't stay a little longer.
