The rooms were spacious and well stocked but the elevator issue left a bad taste.

The elevators were broken and guests were hugely inconvenienced by having to find the service elevator which was only accessible by climbing the stairs to the 2nd floor. It was a hazard and complete debacle.

Scary encounter .

Excellent room, clean modern, hot water!

The staff that night allowed a previous customer to come to our room looking for items she left. The woman came into the room and looked on counter of the kitchenette for her missing jewelry. We told her to go speak to the staff At the desk. Minutes later, staff called the room to verify when we checked in. This was frightening and we were made to feel like liars and criminals. I spoke to the desk about this situation at check out. The situation was resolved. In my opinion, staff should have called to ask about the jewelry 1st and not send this woman to our room. More training on hotel policy should be done.
