Nice property but slipping on the details.

Rooms are comfortable and spacious. Lobby is nicely decorated.

The restaurant is beautiful but the prices are too high. One small added slice of toast to an omelet has a $3 upcharge. The hallway carpet on 9 has a couple of large bleach spots which is a shame to look at every passing because the hall was recently renovated. The carpets and baseboards were dirty and dusty in the hallway. Room services replaced towels but didn't make the bed. The key stopped working the morning of check out which caused a lot of stress to get it activated again.

The small bistro outside the dining room always seems to be under renovations. Its a fun place to have a drink and appetizers before the theater.

Great hotel and staff, would definitely stay again!

Everything was great! The staff was nice and friendly! Robert was the valet and gave us a great dinner recommendation and also let us know about the house car that will take you to and from the hotel! The room was very nice but did need a few cosmetic updates. Overall great stay!
