Superb

The dining was awesome, and the staff there were superb. Good value and range of meal selections and waiting time minimal. Room was nice and clean.

The initial check-in was a bit bumpy and when I asked about extending my stay I was a little surprised that the first comment was that it would cost more than I thought. So I decided not to extend.

A comfortable hotel close to the airport.

Breakfast was very nice. Staff were very understanding of my parter's illness and extended our checkout.

Room service in the evening was good on one occasion but really poor on the other night we stayed.

Easy stay for T3 Domestic Terminal

Checked out very early and breakfast boxes provided. Friendly reception staff We walked to the location from the Domestic Terminal.

Ordered a gin and tonic from the bar , the bartender put the gin , ice and lemon in the glass but then said they had no tonic. Restaurant menu poor.

A disappointing stay

Facilities were fantastic

Check-in was incredibly inefficient and seemed to take quite a long time (20+ minutes). Staff appeared to not understand the need for a quick check-in after spending 12+ hours driving to Sydney. We were told on the phone that parking was complimentary, when in fact it was paid (we were informed of the need to pay after we had parked). This was deceptive, considering we were told clearly over the phone that parking was complimentary for guests.

1. Deposit when check-in was too high: $200 2. When the shuttle was booked at the reception, nil information re cost. Assuming it was free service. Ended up paying $12 for each. 3. When check out, nil explanation re how much was taken out from Deposit and for what and the balance will be returned in how, when, and why. 4. Call to get an explanation was never answered. Eventually, I called for booking and was then able to ask questions about the details of the deposit. 5. Was very hard to understand the staff when communicating.
