Fantastic hotel for visiting London!
Modern hotel with excellent service. Room was large and comfortable with a very spacious bathroom. Beds were lovely with lots of pillows.
The special touches for my husband's birthday were so thoughful and added to his special day.
Also, dont miss the hidden hotel bar. It is worth a visit and the cocktails are fantastic!
Hotel is in a great location for visiting central London. Many landmarks are close by and public transport is also within a few minutes walk.

I will not be back
The hotel is in a great position for West End lovers such me and my daughter.
Long cues at the reception, almost no assistance at all but the best of all was I have been charged 100 for a bill in the bar left on my room which was not mine. During checkout the receptionist controlled the bill and it wasnt my signature, he promised this wrong check will not be left on my room, instead my credit card has been charged and no refund has been issued up to today. I am writing a week after our stay. Very disappointed, I feel for how they managed their mistake and of course I paid 100 for someone elses order.

Perfect central hotel for New Year Celebration
Central location, clean and very comfortable bed, quite bedrooms. Nice welcome message and a small selection of dessert on arrival and free water.
The service was not great considering the price we paid for 2 bedrooms (1,500 New Years Eve)
We booked this hotel to celebrate my sister in law 60th birthday. The breakfast was included in the price however she was charged for her breakfast which was very basic for a 5 star hotel. If you wanted something different from the small buffet you have to pay. I have ordered an americano with lactose free milk, however the waiter could not understand what I meant and asked other waiters and at the end they gave me normal semi skimmed milk.
We have asked for another two coffee and waited for long time and had to chase twice to different waiters.
During the checkout we mentioned that my sister in low was charged for her breakfast. Unfortunately for some reason they were not able to do the refund to her credit card saying it was to complicated and they offered us some drinks instead.

Fantastic New Year's Eve Stay
We had a fantastic stay in St Martin's Lane on New Year's Eve. Location is super central, few steps away from Leicester Square, Covent Garden & Trafalgar Square. We booked a Loft Junior suite, which was very large, clean and comfortable. We were allocated a suite that overlooked the London Eye so we could watch the New Year's fireworks from the room, which was fantastic. Breakfast was included in the price, which was a nice plus. Staff was very helpful and did their best to make our stay comfortable.

The hotel was like a home in London!
The staff were amazingly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Any assistance was immediately addressed even before arriving and after departing the hotel. The breakfast was excellent with lots of options available.
