Superb

The perfect place for single travellers and small groups

The hostel is located in the very center of London - straight above a very nice English Pub where you can have a drink, food and watch sports. The rooms are tidy and have everything you would ask for. The bathrooms and toilets are clean and more than enough for your daily routine.

As the pub closes at 23.00 I expected a small selection of drinks and foods in the general community area.

Would recommend. Brilliant location.

Fabulous stay. Very clean, comfortable, quiet and amazing atmosphere in the bar downstairs with the live music. Staff friendly and the place is great value for money. Would definitely stay here again.

The beds were good.

Check in time. I understand the check in time was 15:00 but if the beds are empty then why can't they provide the bed. My parents literally waited for like almost 6 hours even though the beds were empty. We been to many countries but I never had such bad experience. Keeping someone waiting even though the beds or rooms are ready to accommodate is not how this industry works. Just because of this my parents wasted whole day and was keep trying if they can checkin early. Also I was not able to contact my parents for a long period of time and I was worried so I called to reception and asked them to check if they are in room and inform my parents to call me back but when I call the reception again they said that they were not in the room. After 2 hrs my parents called me back and said they were sleeping in the room because they were tired because of just keep waiting for checking and kept their phone on flight mode so that no one can disturb. Now I don't know what they checked because when I call them they didn't even asked the name of my parents and just lied that they were not the room. I never experienced such kind of behavior till now. I'm disappointed.

Nice place if you are able to check in !

The staff is friendly ,the room and bathrooms are clean. Sockets near the bed.

THE RECEPTION IS IN THE BLOODY CROWDED BAR WITH LOTS PEOPLE DRUNK AND YELLING. IT WAS REALLY HARD TO REACH THE STAFF TO CHECK IN. THEY WERE BUSY WITH BEERS AND DRINKS

A very good place to stay for a few days. Friendly staff, excellent location, affordable price.

Clean room for 8 people, curtains on every bed. Table, coat rack, mirror, lockers are inside the room. A common room is available in a hostel. Breakfast for 5 pounds (toasts, eggs, jams, ham, cheese cookies, coffee, tea, juices).

Shower curtains are not tidy, no shower gel, shower room looks a bit unhygenic. Everything else is ok.
