Somewhat close to the metro, friendly staff, spacious kitchen

Bed was too cramp, mattress not breathable, fire alarm (?) went off in the night for a short while, humidity was too high in the sleeping room

Ageism....why?

Friendly staff.

There is a ridiculous requirement for a 50 year old to pay extra to stay in a single room rather than in a dorm, thankfully the staff member was sensible and honoured my booking in a dorm. This rule is ageist. I am still waiting for a valid reason for the existence of this rule but no-one can come up with one.

Decent hostel in London

Good location with a tube station not too far away and a bus stop right outside the hostel. The room was clean when I arrived. I liked the smart technology with the locks on doors so a separate key wasnt needed. Good to have the privacy curtain. Quiet room except when people were moving around at night/in the AM which is to be expected from a hostel. Despite the negative points I would stay here again.

I stayed in a 6 bed female dorm which was very small with one bathroom to share between us. Thankfully not everyone was in the room moving around at the same time otherwise it would have been tight! The bathroom was small too! It was clean when I arrived but when the cleaners came the next day they just emptied the bathroom bin instead of cleaning it all. I was on the bottom bunk of a 3 storey bunk bed, Im small so it was manageable however it was pretty low to the ground. Only one usb socket in the bed to charge devices. There were plugs that could be used in the room itself though.

Very good stay

The hostel has a great location, the cleanliness was impeccable, the facilities are pleasant, modern and comfortable (especially the beds and cushions!). Everything went well with the staff and we really enjoyed our stay.

We liked everything in general, but because the bathroom is small, you have to be careful when showering not to get everything wet. It would also be nice to have a hairdryer in the bathroom. As for breakfast, we only had it at the hostel on the first day because for us the price was too high for what was offered.

Disappointing

If location is your priority, then this is your choice, but prepare to be disappointed by everything else

Location is very good and the reception is open 24 hours

Tiny and disgusting bathroom, uncomfortable mattress, cold rooms in the basment, no power outlets by the beds and the staff at the reception was quite messy. We think you can find much better hostels in London.

Superb

We had a very comfortable time and really enjoyed our stay

We had the double room and was really good. The decoration, cleaning and facilities were perfect! The installations were really well preserved and useful. As well as the location! We will repeat on our next trip!

The toilet was a bit messy at the time of the shower but in general was okay
