Excellent stay at one of the best places in Patnitop.
The property is one of the best ones in Patnitop. They have their own Gondola built and it starts from the Resort.

Charging 672 rupees for 240 cashew can , placing it the room, deliberately placed in the room table for kids to open, so that they can charge.
When you are charging 12k for 1 room, you should not do such cheap things, giving a frooti as a welcome drink.

The rude and indifferent behaviour esp of the managerial staff.
I can go on and on as it has been the worst stay ever for me . I have always trusted booking.com for all my stays but I don't think the ratings match with what I experienced.

Gem of a Hillstation!
Relaxing stay. Good breakfast and even the dinner menu is extensive. Be sure to take the ropeway to visit the Nag Mandir at the top. It would save you alot of time as opposed to driving up there.
No issues during our stay.

To much waiting to get served for breakfast. Staff starts troubling you to vacate earlier than 12pm on check out date. No liquor licence. Property is not in Patnitop but in the foothills of Patnitop and very warm
