    We went to Sivatel as a family of 3 for 7 days. We had a very spacious apartment overlooking Bangkok City Skyline. All the facilities in the hotel were very good. Breakfast outside overlooking the pool was a must. Small selection of sweet stuffs but salty options did not disappoint. All the staff was so friendly. Always smiling and ready to help you with anything. Special thank you to Prissy who was always trying her best to give us the best tips to visit Bangkok. We will definitely come back!!

    Great hotel if all youre looking for is decent sized bedrooms.
    Rooms (suites) were a fantastic size. Staff were very friendly.
    The hotel as a whole (apart from the bedrooms) is in dire need of refurbishment. Lobby in particular is dated and it feels like youve stepped back in time. Room service was below standard.

    A very nice hotel, without a wow factor.
    The staff were the best thing about my stay. Everyone appears to get along with each other, they were always in smiling conversation with each other when we encountered them. The check-in, breakfast, gym, concierge, and cleaning staff were professional and courteous at every step. In my corner suite, my room was very large, practical, and well-equipped, but the daytime view isn't great because of the huge empty development plot across the road. Breakfast was excellent, catering for a mix between western/Asian tastes. I rated it 8/10, with my Asian partner rating it 6/10.
    The swimming pool bar is blocked off, the place could do with a bit of a touch up to the outside swimming pool/dining area (external wooden door frames in need of renovation, etc), and the rear bar area is a wasted space. The pool is pretty cold, but not bad once you get used to it. I was a fan of the area until around 9-10pm. It's safe and there's a huge buzz, I just didn't find it particularly nice late at night.

    The location was very good. The room was very spacious. The pool views were great. Finally, the staff were very friendly.
    The gym is a little dated and the pool/ restaurant area could be a tiny bit bigger.

    The staff is very friendly and helpful. The walking distance from the hotel to BTS station is only 5 minutes and 15 minutes to Central world!
