The shuttle service was out of service, but the staff helped find an alternative and reimbursed for it.

Sheets were dirty. Shower curtain had lipstick and stains. Bathtub grout had black mold and rust. Had to switched rooms 3 times and all rooms had dirty sheets. Settled with the 3rd room with a change of sheets.

My sister in law and myself ordered off the menu for breakfast 10/14/23. Our waitress was one of worst ever. We each ordered an English muffin and ordered one side of bacon to share. I asked for my muffin to be toasted dark. She brought a side of bacon and one English muffin barely toasted. She didnt even bring butter which wouldnt have melted anyway because the bread was barely toasted. By the time we could get her attention the bacon was cold. She took the bacon and brought it back the same why she took it back, cold. She brought the second English muffin we originally ordered and it was barely toasted just like the other one and again no butter. We got our own peanut butter and jelly from buffet bar and refilled our coffee from the complimentary coffee in the hall.
Another waitress saw us sitting there not eating and waiting for our order. We explained the situation and the original waitress came back, apologized and didnt charge us for our meal. We werent going to leave her a tip but left $5.00 tip which in hindsight was more than she deserved. We both agreed she was the worst waitress we have encountered in recent memory.
It didnt leave a good impression!!!!

One of the three pictures in our room had some really nasty smeared on the glass. Since it was by my bed it took it down, Sat it on the floor by a garbage can and write a note why it was off the wall.

The bed (king) was the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept on. It was a good night sleep. Room was very quiet. The bathroom amenities were nice.
The room smelled like food (ketchup and onion). Unable to open the window to air out the room. The room was twice as expensive as I am use to paying for a typical hotel room.

STEAR CLEAR!!! STAY AWAY! I had a room paid for through booking.com. I came down with the stomach flu, and couldnt go. I tried to get a refund, but I was passed the window. I called Sheraton directly to see if I could still cancel and get a refund, or to see what my options were. I was told that I could have someone else stay in the room, and I needed to just share my confirmation code with my friends. fast forward a few short hours later, my friends who were going to stay at the hotel called to say that I needed to speak to the front desk. I was asked to provide the confirmation code I received in my
email. I provided the booking.com number, and was BERATED by the front desk. After giving them my credit card number, name, and email, they still told me I was not giving them their own confirmation number. I was told this was my fault, and I shouldve asked for the booking number provided by Sheraton when I called previously. I have never ever been treated with such disrespect and belligerent attitude by a hotel. especially one I spent $340 for! I will tell anyone and everyone to steer clear of this place, and never reserve here. eventually through a 8 minute tongue lashing from the front desk, I was able to get my friends into the hotel I PAID for. STEER CLEAR!

My wife had an allergic reaction in the first room but staff relocated us right away. Very accommodating staff.
We purchased our 3-day stay with breakfast through Booking.com but apparently what your company did not allow enough to fully pay for it. Hotel staff arranged to have breakfast covered and speak with you about the change in your fees.
