Nice stay in the heart of the city.

Good service from the hotel staff. Breakfast was fantastic.

Pool was a bit closed in and area dated. Could at least add som plants or something to make the area more plesant.

I visited during NYE 2024 and the prices were too high comparing to the value. Despite the good location and facility.

It is clean and comfortable

The toilet area is wet most of the time due to a design issue in the shower room

Wonderful hotel with great service and big beautiful rooms.

I fell in love with the hotel the moment the taxi pulled up to the front door and I walked into the lobby. The modern design and decor and the air of sophistication along with a staff that seemed to genuinely enjoy being at work ready to give great service. The rooms are spacious and everything is in the right place. Theres enough plug points for charging all your gadgets that support usb and usbc. The bathroom was stunning, spacious and practical with a separate enclosed toilet. The view was pure class with a large window wall that let in light and impressive views of the beautiful city skyline. Everything just worked in this hotel and attention was paid to everything to make the guests feel comfortable and welcome. The hotel has a nightclub, a lounge, restaurants and a rooftop bar so you never have to leave. One night I tried to get into the club but was denied access because I was wearing shorts but the way the bouncer treated me was so polite that I didnt feel at all affronted and happily went to another locale that was more open to my casual sense of fashion. The breakfast at Feast restaurant is worthy of its own review and truly lived up to its name. The variety, quality and flavors of the food were remarkable. I enjoyed every breakfast and every breakfast felt like I was eating something new with a range of food that seemed inexhaustible. The hotel was full during the Christmas period and every morning was a bit of a wait in the queue to be seated but hosts were welcoming and warm and it didnt feel at all like a hassle. Theres something for everyone at Feast and even those on special dietary requirements dont feel in any way restricted as the healthier options were still delicious and delightful. On our last day at the hotel one piece of our luggage was mistakenly misplaced in another guests room.

The only thing I didnt like was that there was no bar in the lobby downstairs and the lobby restaurant was a small coffee shop that lacked some variety. It would be nice to have somewhere to have drink while waiting for a taxi in the hotel lobby. But this is a small nitpick.

Every thing The hotel is amazing. Location, facilities, staff and cleanness.

The receptionist, Prashant, exhibited a troubling lack of cooperation, displaying a demeanor towards me that starkly contrasted with the courteous treatment extended to other guests.
