A wonderful and wholesome spread. Pak Donald Lukman conjured up the perfect vegan NASI Goreng for me which I appreciated and enjoyed greatly

A nice hotel for private and family trip to Bandung
The staffs are so helpful and humble, the fascilities are good, and the location also good
I forgot to ask for a nonsmoking room, and I got a smoking room. I and all my close relatives hate the smell of smoke and none of my close relatives are smokers, especially my husband and children, and I thought that Sheraton was one of the free-smoking hotels.

Very pleased with the amiable staff and quality services. I was given a free upgrade and the afternoon tea was complimentary. The bed is very comfortable. My room is very clean. Thank you very much to a staff named Bani. He went all out to assist me in every way. I highly recommended this hotel.

Love the room, it's a big space and comfy bed, also nice shower, loves the breakfast and the pool it's all good, the staff was so friendly and helpful, would love to come back there again one day
The water of the pool was cold, would love to be warm water, not too cold...since the pool was so nice but can't enjoy much because the water was so cold.
Also the way going to the room was a little bit confusing, long hall and easy to get lost..that's all..the rest are good

Comfortable and clean
The staff were very friendly and helpful, spacious room with a great view. Very clean, breakfast was great and there was soy milk! Most hotels do not provide dairy alternatives. The cleaning staff are great! I was always came back to a very clean and spotless room (plus a little joke with my plushie xD )
The view from the balcony was very nice and it was really nice to be able to wake up to a clean fresh air. We actually had some problem with our pick-up taxi (from the train station to the hotel) and the staff were very helpful to assist us to solve the problem and we were able to get a free taxi from the hotel on our departure day. Theres also a free concierge service, so we didnt have to worry about our luggages

The room wasnt actually soundproof and I could still hear noises from the outside. It was disappointing, because I chose the hotel for that exact reason, hoping to be able to have a good night rest.
