Very good

The location was fabulous!!! So close to the tube and theater!! It was perfect to get anywhere with ease.

We would have preferred two beds, but that wasn't a problem.

Location, cosy, friendly staff, old fashioned

Shower temperature controller very sensitive and annoying to use Shower head also not the best. Would have liked it way more if shower was quality

Great location, small room, could have been cleaner.

Location - perfect for walking around London. Central to Covent Garden neighborhood. Close to public transit and shopping and the theater district.

Room was very small. Cleanliness could have been better. It was the smallest room I've stayed in.

No frills but in the very best location.

The location is everything! The accommodation, although a very basic basement room without windows, was clean and the bed comfortable. TV and coffee-making facilities also present.

Room was, as mentioned, was very simple and would not be the hotel experience some would be looking for.

Very good

A small hotel in a great location in the heart of London.

The location is really awesome; the hotel is in the middle of London. The metro station is just a couple of minutes' walk away, making everything easily accessible. The staff is great, always smiling and ready to help with anything. The room gets cleaned every day, and fresh towels are provided. Also, I shouldn't forget to mention that they have free coffee and tea in the room. All in all, it's a recommended place to stay!

On the last night, around midnight, the fire alarm made us all rush out of the hotel into the street, where we were freezing. The guy at the reception really made an effort to answer all our questions, and after the alarm was silenced, we went back into the hotel.

I will come back just for the location and the staff cause anyway they were really nice :)

The staff is very friendly and kind. Location is 10/10. Surrounded by coffee shop and restaurant.

For the money I paid I expect something a bit better,the room wasnt the cleanest. The kettle didnt work and the room was extremely small,but most of the time I was out so I didnt mind. If you travel solo Id say is ok anyway:)
