Nice room (when you get there) / Terrible value

Solid location. Solid room.

Dynamic pricing meant they were charging 3X the standard cost for the night. You had to take 2 different elevators, scan through 3-4 security doors, and walk 200-300 meters to get to the room - which is ridiculous for a proper hotel. Didnt even provide complementary water bottles - and at the cost of $615 per night, again is ridiculous.

Very good

Good location and value for money apartment to enjoy all Queenstown has to offer.

Wonderful location and very spacious and comfortable apartment with everything you need for a short stay in Queenstown. Good value for money and beds were especially comfortable.

The building layout was very convuluted and so access wasn't always easy, especially from the carpark.

Great location and lovely hotel.

Great location and the room was a good size with a partial view from the balcony. Nice to have a stocked mini bar and the hotel has great amenities and service. The customer service we received was excellent. So nice to have free car parking.

Both beds were small (double beds not queens) and the mattress/bed was horribly soft, it felt like the bed bent in 2 because they were so soft.
