    Could have been pleasent but for staff's indifferent attitude
    Everything was good.
    Unlike other star hotels, I was told to pay in the begining. I was with my spouse. When I have booked the room for double occupancy, they asked me to pay more the double occupancy.

    Value for money!
    Proximity to places of interest, especially the Music Academy.
    Maintenance could be better in the rooms especially.Chairs need upholstering. Bathmats need to be replaced if removed. Housekeeping needs to pull up their socks!

    Check in process was slow. Rooms need refurbishment. The upholstery of the office chair was torn. Cleaning staff are slipshod. Some items were not replaced, like bathmat & stirrer for coffee. Staff need to be trained.

    Good stay but scope for improvement.
    Location is good. Staff is very good. Malgudi dinning hall & food is good.
    Wet flooring at the entrance inside the room & slippery. Bathroom door not working.
