Taking a shower in a bath tub was bit challenging always you have a fear of slipping due to soap water pls make some alternate arrangements not all opt of bath tubs better to have a proper shower in premium rooms that will ease out the risk and to aviod any accidents while taking shower - first time i have seen getting into bath tub and taking normal shower bath tubs are basically for leisure bathing - as a tourist its diff to take shower

Hotel ambience & free wifi

Rooms were good, facing some street and dogs were barking all over night, we couldn't sleep due to this. Breakfast is bad, few options, idlis were bad, puri's were killer (full of oil). this was told to the staff. no support. Tea/coffee was waste

I wouldnt recommend this hotel.

Location was great. Bed comfy. Laundry service good as were restaurant staff at breakfast.

Bathroom very dated and not properly cleaned, I dont think they had ever used bleach, cleaned the grouting or the inside of the door. Paint peeling, shower haphazard. Some staff over pushy for tips when we arrived. Safe box didnt work and had to be replaced.

Location is good and staff are well behaved

The Room was not cleaned properly while we checked in. Hot water kettle was not even cleaned towels they provide are very old and worn out. Shower wash basin tap all needs to be changed . We were very disappointed with the hotel facilities
