    We enjoyed our stay at the hotel but could have been better with more courteous staff at the reception.
    We booked Ocean Pool Villa, that was on the sea with excellent views and a private pool.
    Staff at the reception were rude and couldnt speak English beyond a few basic & standard sentences.

    Good hotel, be careful in the pool
    Good location, clean hotel,
    Swimming pool-there were no markings on depth of the pool, stairs inside the pool were dangerous and not visible. I got injury in the pool due to these reasons

    Nice stay over Xmas period
    On the quiet end of the beach but not bad and can easily walk to the busier part. Swimming pool was a good size and clean and plenty of sunbeds. Our room was a good size and had a shower and massive bath. Beds comfy and AC worked well. Breakfast was good and had plenty of options.
    Pillows were too big for us but thats preference and the drains did smell a bit funky but didnt affect the stay.

    This place is TOO NICE to ruin it by bringing your babies or children to yell and pee in the pool!
    DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE. This is a nice hotel on the beach for ADULTS. This place is NOT SUITABLE for babies, toddlers, youngins or little kids! It is VERY NICE for ADULTS who may appreciate some QUIET and a new BAR on the property.

    Beautiful beachside villa
    Room was excellent, exactly like what is down in the pictures. Villa was right on the beach, and view from the infinity pool was amazing. We were able to go straight from our villa to the beach too which was excellent. Room was very clean, housekeeping were great, room service and minibar very reasonable prices. Location was great too, massage places right next door and short distance to central Samui. Buffet breakfast was included which was great too. Airport transfer was offered too which was great for peace of mind. They arranged a honeymoon bed decoration for us too which was very well done.

    Happy with our stay
    We loved our stay, room was large & had our own private pool & beach front. The staff were awesome & breakfast delicious.
    The toilet blocked a couple of times, but it was quickly sorted. Bed was hard. Shower went really hot times.
