Very comfortable stay at Sala

The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast provides numerous choices and delicious.

There are a few marks of previous usage. The room cleaning service is early, around at 9:30am The facilities esp. gym room is a bit dilapidated.

Great! If I were to visit Danang again, I would still come back to this hotel.

The location, the quality of the property & they provide a good selection at breakfast.

Acoustic could be better but it is not a deal breaker. We had 3 rooms across the back of house area and lift so we could hear when staff were entering and exiting the floor.

Superb

A few hours of sunshine at Sala Da Nang

We like that it is close to the beach though we only had a few hours of sun. We also love that it has a spa and wine bar at the top floor. I commend Them at the breakfast who took care of us.

The location is quite far from the tourist spots though we could easily book grab to go to places. I also wish that the pool was heated.

All the staff were fantastic, very professional and welcoming, the location is good near the seafood restaurants and easy to get around from here, the rooms were of high quality and very clean.

Enjoyable Stay

It's a very beautiful hotel with walking distance to the beach. Seaview from the roof top pool was breathtaking. The breakfast was good with wide spread of choices, especially they have BBQ beef steam served everyday! . The staffs were friendly and helpful . I like the rooftop bar and pool area, if not for the rain, I would have spend some time there to chill and relax. It is also quite central to the places is interest. I enjoyed the stay in Sala and would recommend friends and families to book Sala.

Excellent stay at Sala Danang

Thuy and the rest of the staff were very friendly and the place was beautiful. We had booked the Sala Junior Suite, and the room and it's amenities were wonderful.

I wish the room service was prompter.

Comfortable room.

Comfortable bed, clean property, good variety for breakfast.

The lifts were extremely slow, you spend a lot of time waiting for lifts. The cocktails were average - they took a long time to be made, and when we eventually got them, didnt taste good. The customer service on check out wasnt very good. We were told to wait a few minutes in the lobby. Everyone seemed to have checked out before us, and we were one of the last to be told we could leave. So had to ask reception if our room was ready. We also noticed else got a goodbye drink, except us. We left our luggage at the hotel, prior to leaving for Hoi An and when we got back - the lady looking after luggage asked us for a receipt (which we werent given). She wasnt very friendly, and spoke to us as if we were taking the wrong luggage.
