Nice Locations, Good Architecture and Good Service, Resort backyard has scenic view of backwater

location of the resort is very nice, and the view of backwater just behind the hotel is excellent, Staff was good, Service is also good,

i ordered milk for my kid, but when it was delivered to room i found cockroaches in the thermos, it was ridicules, when called up they came and gave us another glass of milk. cleanliness in kitchen is doubted.

Great location. Staff is very courteous and friendly. Morning walks besides the lake is a refreshing experience. Restaurant food is good and tasty.

Breakfast served was of sub standard quality. Should be improved.

This hotel best in the area, worth visit, gorgeous view (lake, mountains), it was peaceful stay.

The area is peaceful, by the lake, quiet, with good food (veg, meat, seafood, fish), great restaurant service, very good massage therapist (they have a spa with 2 rooms). Small hotel, Swimming pool water is nice and soft, with no chemical smell. Nice view from most of the rooms, a brick village room- balcony, and a view of the lake. A lot of nature trekking close by. A few min walk from the hotel you can have a speed boat ride on the lake (very nice at sunset). :)

The hotel is dated, and most likely used to be wonderful, they sure need renovation. There are no sunbeds by the pool. Towels in the room are used and rough (keep them soft and white :)). AC noisy. Only 2 bottles of water free per day. Poor communication (receptionist, email). Too few leisure areas. It is a bit overpriced for what it is.

Good

We thought we will get a closer view of the lakes from our room but it was at least400m.

Food was reasonably good cooked fresh. The staff at restaurant was very cordial.

The rooms were slightly smaller comparison to the price charged.painting on woods were shaby at places.There is no indoor activity rooms for children.

Pros and cons of this Property. Not value for the Room rate, but a Good Experience.

The Location was beautiful. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The Food was tasty as well.

The Most Premium of Rooms of the Property was very small in size. The Lighting was very dull. The Spa area was very small and not worth the cost. The Massage was average at best.
