Disappointing

One night only kind of stay

The hostel was fairly clean and warm. The neighborhood is also very safe. It was easy to find and there were ample shops around to buy anything you needed. The mattress was decent for a night sleep.

Where to start? Horrible smell in the room due to too many people crowded into a small space. 3 levels of bunkbeds is like a prison. You can't sit up in the beds because there's not enough space. So you must get on th3 floor to get in and out of the bottom bunk, or climb fairly high to get to the 3rd bunk. The middle seems the best. You can hear and feel when anyone goes up and down. Also, you can't change clothes in privacy of the bed because you can't situp. There's only 1 toilet and shower for 18 people. So it's prison treatment having to wait. You can't bring any food or drinks in, so you must buy from them or eat outside. There was one guests who was speaking on the phone at 1am. He said he was homeless and used the hostel since it was cheap. He was trying to be quiet though and it didn't seem to disturb the other snoring guys. It is a mixed dorm but mostly men. To reach the hotel from the metro stop, you have to climb a steep hill and walk about 7-10 minutes so beware if you have luggage. I would only choose here if I was desperate, need to be close to the area, or was low on cash.

I really like the architect of the building and decorations, I also like the beds to have a Curtains give us Privacy. also i like the workers from the Reception and bar

-I didn't like the Noise, Especially one day I wake up because a woman was screaming, I went to the bathroom and saw that woman, she works there at the hostel, she had red hair and glasses. She was creaming to a young guy also worker he was cleaning the rooms, I don't know what happen but she shouldn't not talk like that to him. The boy was quiet and the woman Angry and yelling at him. I didn't like it. I passed by them to go to the toilet and the woman still screaming to him. Your attitude hasn't changed still screaming and being aggressive to the boy. - The bathrooms are mixed, I don't like that either, I was afraid of having a lack of privacy. - the bed are very short i I hit my head on the ceiling many times. -I think the hostel have great potencial just need to improve same things.

I was told i am able to change the dates as rhis was an accidental booking for 11 nights over christmas... BUT NO ONE HAS ANSWERED AFTER SAYING I CAN ONLY CHANGE THE DATES.... no comment, 300.....

Not great, but good location and friendly staff

The location is very good, only a short while to a bus or tube and in the middle of Holland Park! The staff was very friendly and they let me check in early since my room was ready.

The toilet kept running in the beginning. At first I thought it was broken. The hygiene of the room/bathroom in general was not super good.

Satisfactory for the price

All the staff was very nice and helpful. The area of reception was comfortable and welcoming.

The room wasn't the same nice room as in the pictures advertised. One bathroom and toilet for the whole room. The cleanliness in the bathroom was rather poor.

Unsatisfying

I don't recommend this accommodation, you can't out of your room to be robbed 2 X by the staff/cleaning lady. in this hostel I was robbed 2 times by the staff/cleaning lady, broken lockers can't be locked. I recommend changing the management of the staff, the cleaner, and all the people .
