The location - thats it

The rooms are so old and tired looking - the shower was horrible and useless - just so dissatisfied and disappointing when you can pay less and get a full 5 star room for less about 800m up the road

Breakfast was excellent , view from the pool and having a pool was great

The room was dated, and the bathroom was not the cleanest. The pool and spa are really old due for replacement

Cruises ship stay

We found the beds where so comfy and great pillows. Location was great close to the cruise ship .

We found the spa on the roof was a little old not many jetts. Bathroom was a little dated but did the job.

The pool / spa could do with a big revamp. A sauna would have been great. I thought the rooms were very ordinary also the bathrooms looking a bit old and shabby. I had expected a lot better.

Very good

We would return, had a relaxing time, staff was welcoming and great.

Great views from the roof, our room on the first floor good, great staff, great location. Great bed.

Price was on the high side, Needs USB ports for charging in the room. And better coffee in the room.

Staff information lack of communication I sent an email regarding as we were travelling quite a distance to be there 8 days before we arrived they replied 2 days after we checked out. We paid for breakfast we were told a different time as to when it finished they were closing when we arrived so no breakfast.

PERFECT location for cruising. The Overseas Passenger Terminal is about a 3-4 minute walk.

For us the location was Perfect. We chose this location for its location close to the Overseas Passenger Terminal. We stayed here the night before our cruise. We literally walked about 3-4 minutes to the cruise terminal. Couldn't have been eaiser.
