Great location, fab food at the brewery, lovely hotel with great staff

Lovely spacious room and the staff were so helpful. Plus the brewery next door was excellent for food.

Room So close to the lift and lots of noise from other rooms late at night, obviously not hotels fault.

Great hotel. A little overpriced if you don't book early. Air con noisy on 10th floor

I was on the 10th floor. All night there was a really annoying humming noise that kept us awake most of the night. The next day I looked from the street and the hotel air conditioning was right next to our room. I've stayed several times and never had the issue before. If I stay again I will specify not the 10th floor

Disappointing

Thanks for allowing us to check in a bit earlier, but the cost did not worth the stay.

Welcome message, can keep our luggage at the lobby, can check in early as the room was already cleaned

Not good sleep due to two single beds for making one bed for two adults and a kid. The sofa bed was not comfortable enough for my dad. The hair dryer was broken, the alike flooding water when showering, the smell of rug in the room
