Everything was fine ,

We got the suite room, like we do all the time and it was exactly what it needed to be..peaceful

The room was messing up my spouses allergies..and I believe the checkout time isnt 12:00pm, more so 11:00, because my husband keycard stopped working around 11:00, he couldnt get back into the room.

This hotel was beautiful on the outside and the inside I love the studio king size room with the beautiful kitchen and very nice sitting area. Oh I can't forget about the bathroom was so nice and big.

The only thing I did not like is they did not accommodate me my connected rooms for me and my other guests.

A disaster because of the three fire alarms going off during the night, which meant I couldnt sleep

The studio room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Good-sized and comfortable bed. Nice kitchen area.

The breakfast was of a poor quality. I also wasnt impressed by the paper plates and plastic utensils. The worse thing, though, was the fact that fire alarms went off during the night on three separate occasions, waking me up and affecting my sleep after a long haul flight. There was no explanation given or follow-up by hotel staff either during the night or the next morning.

The rooms were comfortable and clean. I had everything I needed for the entire trip.

Nothing, everything was excellent. Oh, the A/C kept running all day and night except when I turned the temperature up to 75.

Average Stay

The breakfast was good as it had variety. The facility was nice, and the amenities were great. just The atmosphere was relaxing too.

The biggest issue that occurred was the housekeeping. We asked three times politely to have someone come change the sheets and towels. We were informed that we were scheduled for a cleaning on Tuesday & Thursday. We did not receive any housekeeping while we stayed there even though we were informed twice by two different staff members that we would. I wish the staff was more upfront with the issues with housekeeping as this will most likely prevent us from returning.

The design of the rooms and the staff were excellent. I loved the lobby as well.

I didnt get cleaning service the entire time I was there.

I stayed here before , just like the last time, it was awesome !

The tv remote didnt sync with the tv at times .

The check-in process was so smooth. The place looks brand new and super clean. We loved the room and the layout was so cool. We absolutely loved our stay here and will definitely come back in the future. Thank you so much!
