Superb

New Years Eve celebration with my wife - it went well.

Food was good and plentiful. Chicken sandwich from the kitchen was great.

Lines were very long at the complimentary bar. Service at the after-hours kitchen was a bit weak - bartender not really paying attention to customers.

Very nice hotel. I liked how breakfast and dinner were included.

No HBO or Showtime on tv and the water in the shower didnt get hot enough it was luke warm.

Hidden treasure...

Great location, lovely pool and hot tub, very attentive staff, bedding comfy,, free breakfast and the kickback drinks/happy hour food was like having a mini- meal. Great deal! Will be sure to choose the Drury again when booking family for holidays and events!!!

Priceless Experience!

This is our new favorite place to stay when we visit the Richmond area! The staff, rooms,dining,cleanliness,and vibe of the hotel are exceptional! We were impressed during our entire stay and will gladly recommend it to anyone . My husband said, "This is the only hotel for now on!"

The Drury Plaza Hotel has been our choice of stay in the Richmond area for at least two years now. My husband has had health issues which bring us back to Richmond once a month and on occasion we have had to stay overnight. Currently, I am here because my husband is on life support at a local hospital and I cant think of a better place to get the much needed rest than at the Drury.

The staff at check in was amazing especially Brittany! She was bubbly and very friendly

Left 2 pairs of earrings and continued communication for 4 weeks with still no call back and my earrings not being located. I came back once I realized I left them and they were gone from the place in the room I kept them. I was assured that housekeeping would bring them down and that I would be contacted

Nice confortable stay

It's a nice spacious hotel so you don't feel suffocated. the atmosphere is calm and comfortable. Lots of parking. The breakfast coffee was good which is a nice surprise. The location is unbeatable next to many shops and restaurants.

The curtain in my room did not close all the way. The breakfast menu could include more health-foods.
