Worst stay in a hotel by far!

Only the location

Didnt like the staff and the cleanliness. Our blanked was molded and there was a lot of dust. We showed the photo ata the front desk and they said theyre not dirty it just looks like that under the light, they said they will replace it but never did.

Superb

Overall it was great. The lobby had great coffee and fresh sugars & cream.

Staff super friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was great and tasty. Rooms clean updated.

The coffee maker in my room wasnt clean. The sugars, coffee creamer was old when I poured in my coffee it turned goey like slime. & Starbucks coffee cups/lids were old and dirty couldnt be washed.

My bf and I stayed here for just the night for the christmas tree and shopping. We wouldve loved to stay here more than

I LOVED the view, it was so beautiful.

It wasnt that close to manhattan and Times Square, maybe like 15-30 min walk.

Decent.

Location was great for the area we were in.

1 - Rooms were tight. Barely room for one carry on suitcase. 2- night club at top of this building, of which created issues with the elevators and noise if your room was near that floor. 3- although rooms were nicely tidied each day of our stay, cleaning staff woke us up knocking on the door 2&1/2 hours before our check-out time. This did not happen in the prior days of our stay.

great location, eclectic, helpful and friendly

evening sitting at bar or lobby was quiet and relaxing. The decor in the room was different and made it a more interesting room. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable

room was. a little small. bathroom had no robes, not much storage for clothes since we were there for a week.

Handy hotel, lovely room and gorgeous view!

Really lovely and spacious (for New York!) room, nice bathroom. Incredible views.

Our main issue was the staff response when the battery on our electronic door lock went dead. We had booked a nice restaurant for dinner and tried to come back to the hotel after a day walking in New York to get changed and ready, but found we couldnt get in our room because the electronic lock had died. The electrician himself came quickly and was incredibly helpful but unfortunately we couldnt get in the room in time and had to leave for our dinner reservation without access to our room. The staff at reception didnt seem particularly bothered by this and there was no apology or even offer to organise us a cab to get us to dinner more quickly. Obviously the battery stopping working was outwith the control of the hotel but the response was definitely sub par.

Would only recommend if the location suits your activities. The Village hotels are MUCH better.

Beautiful lobby & greeted warmly.

Our key didnt work on 25Th floor..had to go back down to tell them & didnt believe me so sent staff up & she couldnt open it; she called her manager & he couldnt open it so sent the engineer who was pissed he was asked to do his job & let it be known. He said it works fine & it was us. So we leave for dinner & get back at 11:00 pm & our key doesnt work. Have to go all the way back down & tell them again. So while were out that day, they change our rooms so we had to repack all of our belongings in the midst of a 3 day stay. No apology, no nothing. Worst hotel experience in NYC. Location was convenient but thats about it.
