Very bad hotel with a misleading rating of 4 stars.

Food was good with various option Hotel provided complementarity dinner when complained about the poor room..

The bathroom was very dirty This is not a 4-star property, and I felt cheated as it is very old property with poorly maintained AC did not work well, and the room remained cold The bathroom was broken and very dirty We had booked the hotel with 2 queen beds but they only provided one queen bed Given such poor quality hotel booking .com should refund the amount as it is not at all a 4-star hotel. Further, the name tag of Radisson is misleading as this hotel is in no way comparable to the Radisson brand The room had music sound from the dining lobby Overall, it is a very bad hotel with no value for money. Originally, this hotel was Hotel Mumtaz, which was rebranded as Radisson without any quality uplift.

Staff was courteous

Loud music live being played in common area of restaurant which overlooked all the rooms. It could be heard loud and clear in rooms and went on till about 11 pm. This sort of activity is complete negligence of customer comfort. Highly overpriced hotel for the facilities and room quality. Not recommended at all

Worst hotel I have stayed in for a while

Staff was courteous and welcoming

Each night there was live singer and we were on 1st floor . How can a hotel have a live singer singing at top of voice in the middle of the area where all rooms are their. Most stupid thing ever. I would recommend anyone whether family or not should not stay in this hotel. It was so overpriced for the facilities and food etc

Staff, Food & location was what I liked most. The icing on cake was sumptuous gustaba & steam rice which I order in room service and was yummy. Keep up the good work.

As compared to Radisson property across India; bit small. Otherswise ambience wise all was good.

Exceptional Stay at Radisson Srinagar: A Warm Welcome and Outstanding Service

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Radisson Hotel in Srinagar for a week-long trip, and I cannot express how wonderful my experience was. From the moment I checked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a level of hospitality that made me feel right at home. The entire staff greets guests with warm smiles and a welcoming attitude. Additionally, for breakfast, they also offer Kashmiri noon chai, which was a delightful experience for me . One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional service provided by Mr. Tahir, who went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and memorable. He was always there to assist with any questions or requests I had, and his professionalism and genuine care for guests truly stood out. His dedication to making my stay pleasant was greatly appreciated and made a significant difference in my overall experience. The room I stayed in was not only spacious but also impeccably clean, and the bathroom, in particular, was a shining example of the hotel's commitment to hygiene and guest comfort. It's evident that the Radisson Hotel Srinagar takes cleanliness seriously, which is especially important during these times. I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail in maintaining the room and bathroom. Safe as well as an iron and ironing board, were not initially available in the room. However, upon contacting room service, a new digital safe was promptly installed, and the required iron and related accessories were quickly provided.

The hotel's taxi service is rather costly. Instead, when needed I chose to utilise local app ride services similar to Uber, which were significantly far less expensive for getting around the city.
