It was the worst experience ever for me and the family , I had booked the room to attend gala party but after reaching at the property i was told that there is no place pace for gala party inspite of having a confirmation from booking.com including the gala party in my room rate and I had to just just eat food in my room !!! Pathetic experience pathetic staff manager is just so rude and has no sense on how to behave with the customer !! Would recommend to avoid

I recently stayed at the Radisson Hotel in Jodhpur and had a wonderful experience. The hotel's location is perfect - it's close to all the major tourist attractions in the city. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel also has great amenities like a swimming pool, gym, and spa. The spa was excellent. The breakfast buffet - once you could get a table! - was very good.

We were asked to complete feedback forms from the moment we arrived for everything. Following issues locating with lost property (5 phone calls + 2 trips to reception) & room service (3 knocks at the door and two phone calls for one meal), we couldn't help thinking that the team should concentrate resource on improving service levels and leave feedback to the next stage of service improvement.
