The hotel is absolutely beautiful, the designs and interiors stunning. The location is good 10 mins walking from Dam Square. The reception staff was so helpful and nice, storing our luggage on the arrival day and the day we left. The room was so clean and cozy, and bathroom very clean as well. We loved our stay.

Welcoming and Convenience

We booked the New Amsterdam Suite. Perfect for NYE firework viewing!! Although after a long flight from Australia we didnt end up seeing too much. The property is super central to all the popular spots in Amsterdam. Staff were super friendly and so helpful. The property has such a warm welcoming vibe as soon as you step inside.

The bed was a little hard for my liking.
