Good customer service, fast room service, wonderful breakfast with both warm and continental options.

I have stayed at Radisson Blu Heathrow a few times, and had great experiences but this stay didn't fully meet expectations, which was a bit disappointing. When we arrived, we were informed that our booking had been upgraded to a standard king room which was a nice surprise. We noticed a damp smell in the corridor as we approached our room but didn't think much of it. As we settled in, we noted that the television kept going blank or turned off. We were excited to watch new years fireworks on tv so this was annoying and it interrupted any TV we were watching. There was also an unpleasant odour in the bathroom which became more prominent overnight. Also a stain on the bedsheet. We were only staying one night and was out most of the evening, but would have reported if stayed longer. Also wasn't informed of the deposit, 50 is fine, but considering I received multiple messages before the visit, would have expected a heads up regarding a deposit. I would have preferred to stay in the original room than the upgraded room. Like I said, have stayed here a few times before and may again, and will give benefit of the doubt but hope standards improve.

Beautiful building, lovely stay

Beautiful building. Loved the marble and glass with lovely features Room was comfortable

I had booked a superior King room, I don't think we were given that room, we had room 4002 There was also some issues with the food served to me in the Steak and Lobster restaurant, the quality of food was definitely not up to standard.
