Very clean and nice property.
The property was decorated nicely and very clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We stayed over Christmas and still had a wonderful stay.

It was great
The rooms were spotless and cleaned very well each day. The staff was super friendly and we love that it was handicap accessible as my spouse is in a wheelchair.
Though it was handicap accessible, there were no good size trash cans in the room. Just a very tiny one in the bathroom and because of incontinence issues would need a larger one plus a trash bag. The shower for handicap people was almost perfect except people with mobility issues need a longer bath seat to be able to support themselves. Again we were pleased that at least the shower handles were in reach.

It was all in all wonderful with great staff and a great location.
The location was fantastic. The staff was friendly and helpful, even going so far as to give me restaurant recommendations within walking distance.
The shower was a little odd and I found myself being anxious about slipping on a pool of water as I got out. I could only imagine being an older person or disabled in some way and having that be a major hazard.

Stayed to go to a comedy show nearby. Super cute decor, very comfortable and clean.
Super cute and esthetically pleasing.
Tap water from sinks is poor. Would be great If in the future they provided two complimentary waters.

Breakfast was great! I wish there had been a continental version or a grab & go station.
It was VERY hot in our room the whole time, and I fully understand that KC was in a heat/humidity wave.
