Very good

The corner view of the city was beautiful at night, clean room, comfortable bed. Everyone was nice and helpful. A 1 service for breakfast. Jacuzzi was nice.

Self Parking was $24 a night. The breakfast was $22 per adult. The held $199 incident fee.

The Christmas decorations are gorgeous. Lots of happy people, friendly staff This was my 4th time staying here since 2020. I have a granddaughter that's in competition cheer, we stay here every time. Love the city views of downtown KC and The Power & Liight District

Needs microwaves in the rooms (free...not $15/day)

New, beautiful hotel beside Kauffman Center

Beautiful facility, especially enjoyed The Stilwell with a fantastic view of the city! Staff were over the top friendly and helpful. Right beside The Kauffman Center such that we walked to our concert. Perfect location to access Crossroads, Union Station, and Crown Center area. Will definitely return.

Overall, a wonderful time both at the Hotel and enjoying its location!

We bought the take-out breakfast and it was delicious!

The valet parking could have been better. We are from Canada and we asked the valet when we should call for our car the next morning as we were attending a Chiefs game and he told us we only needed to call 10 minutes in advance. We ended up waiting for our car for 50 minutes. If he had simply told us that we should have called 45 minutes in advance, we would have as we were up early.

Great stay in KC!

Close to everything downtown KC, this property was extremely clean, comfortable, and staff customer service was exceptional. We stayed at the property for a conference and were really impressed by the amenities (and the food was great!) Would 100% recommend.

Fantastic staycation with the wife.

Property was clean and the views from our room were great. Everyone was friendly and answered all our questions. The bar was great and the breakfast was very good.
