Guests found the room at Hotel Indigo Kansas City comfortable and enjoyed its great location. However, some issues were noted, such as the curtains not closing tightly, resulting in a street light di (Read More)sturbance. Weekend desk service was praised for being helpful and friendly, but a less satisfactory experience was had with the front desk staff on Monday morning, who were described as unhelpful, unfriendly, and unengaging.

Great location, everything else leaves a lot to be desired.
The property itself was nice and a great location, allowing us to walk to many different locations if we wanted and a quick drive to Arrowhead.
Staff was pretty unprofessional overall, with the exception of the gentleman who ran valet all weekend. He was super friendly and personable. The whole place was ran by 1 person for most of our stay so you could never get ahold of anyone to get your car from valet without going down to the front desk. We came in for a football game with the visitors team, and once we beat the chiefs we couldnt even get the attention of the hotel bartender to get a beer when we returned from the game!

I loved the location and how we had access to park on the street for free during the weekends
I believe that there should be some type of bar food served at night. That would be a great addition to the hotel

Nice staff, good location
I was initially placed in a room right above the main air conditioner or mechanical room, whatever it was, it was vibrating the entire room. I had to ask to be moved, and they did move me right away.
