The Hampton Inn & Suites Country Club Plaza is a standard hotel with a great location near shops and restaurants. The staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The hotel is modern, clean, an (Read More)d well-maintained, but some guests found the sheets too small for the beds. The pool is unique and clean. The breakfast is excellent. The hotel had a false fire alarm, but the issue was resolved. Overall, a highly recommended stay with comfy beds and close proximity to activities.

I love the location. The breakfast is ok. My husband likes to get up and eat first thing in the morning, so the convenience is great.

Home away from home!
Location is perfect for us. Breakfast is decent. Staff so friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and comfortable. Snack bar is well stocked and a nice selection of food, drinks and necessities
Sheets need to fit bed better.

We had an amazing stay! The hotel was clean and the employees were over the top friendly!
We experienced the friendliness and most helpful staff members that I have ever in a hotel before. Every single employee that we interacted with was friendly, helpful and kind! That really means a lot in this world today!

Run away from this place if you want comfort. The staff was very nice but the facility was crap.
Breakfast was bad. The toast was good but that was it.
The room was very noisy. I can hear other guests peeing and using the restroom all night long. Breakfast was horrible. No eggs. Or what they tried to pass off as eggs were rubbery omelets. I won't go back. They wouldn't give us enough towels for the ppl in the room. Every day I had to go to the desk and get more towels. There should at least be one towel per guest.

Perfect for our trip to the Chiefs game. Lots of restaurants, bars and shopping nearby.
