It was just way too expensive for what it is.

parking was confusing. they gave me a keycard to unlock the gate for parking but it didnt work and i got tired of guessing what gate was for parking on the sketchy street. ended up paying valet.

Nothing.

The room was dirty. There are zero Ice machines but we have ice buckets. No room service even tho its advertised that there is 24 hour food room service. No vending machines that actually worked to get something to drink or snacks. Location wise you couldnt order anything like drinks to be delivered. Couldnt gain access to my car to get things I forgot. Restaurant on the website said they closed at 12a but they closed before that. It was just terrible for not being from there and no one could help us.

The staff was very friendly.

I splurged and got a nicer room. I opened my windows to see the view, and one was of a wall and the other a parking lot with buildings blocking any view.

Disappointing

Not worth the price. Dont fall for the valet scam.

The staff are amazing!

No upkeep, coffee maker and mini fridge both broke during our stay. The TV is cumbersome. To order room service you need to locate the menu in the TV then call the bar to order. The poor staff is overwhelmed. We were told you have to valet the car for $32 a day, later finding out they have free parking for guests. We only used valet for one night but charged for entire stay.
