Superb

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Pullman and would recommend it for anyone visiting Sydney.

Lovely hotel in a great location within a 15 mins walk from Sydney harbour. Staff were fantastic and really friendly and helpful. Room was a good size for 4 sharing with brilliant views over Hyde Park.

Some toiletries weren't replaced during cleaning of the room and had to ring a couple of times to get them but the hotel was at capacity for new year so we understood how busy everyone was.

Location good, but hotel needs a refreshment and more staff at reception. Not a 5* experience for sure.

Location in front of Hyde park - great views from the room and rooms.

Rooms and furniture are tired, need refreshments. Waiting time at reception is simply unacceptable for 5*, windows were dirty. We had Superior room with sofa traveling with 7yo son, but property didnt suggest us additional bed linen and informed that additional sleeping space (bed) would cost 70 AUD per night. Of course we just have asked room service for additional set of bed linen and organized bed ourselves on sofa. But experience overall is below expectations.

I caught food poison. And I had bugs in my room. And I would demand a refund from you guys because I will never stay there again. I'm gonna have to speak to my lawyer about this.

Very good

It was lovely, and restorative. I wish I had longer to enjoy the hotel.

I loved the sauna and pool facilities. The room was also very lovely, great location and great amenities. The bed was comfortable, and bath robes were superb.

Looking at the food options was difficult, you had to go through as if you were ordering food, you couldn't look at a menu first.

Spa and pool were being cleaned during peak times so unable to use facilities when we really wanted to. Overcharged my credit card for hotel stay despite a pre agreed arrangement

Nothing, came up for NYE, there was an incident on the roof & a woman was verbally abusing my daughter & husband, security were present & did nothing. When I instigated the police after 45mins of abuse, something was finally done. When I approached reception about the issue, prior to leaving, I was told they did everything they could
