The bed was absolutely comfortable. We had a great sleep while staying there. The location, its just right at the train station and trams stop. Our booking was also included lounge access where we can have snacks, drinks and also breakfast at 18th floors. It was worth the money. Great experience, very impressive with the offers that provided. Plus, it was our wedding anniversary, had sweets and sparkling waiting for us on arrival :)

Id have to agree with others that say the pool was too small compared to the size of the hotel. However, We had a great time using the pool, there was not much people at the time.

Comfortable and convenient!

We stayed in a twin room as a family of 4 for a recent sporting event at the MCG. So conveniently close! The room felt a little cramped but the beds were very comfortable, room had a high level of cleanliness and the staff were friendly. The buffet breakfast was exceptional! Highly recommend.

Our stay at the Pullman was nothing short of exceptional.

Breakfast buffet was perfect seeing as my partner and I are regular gym goers and have specific nutritional needs to meet. Variety of whole-foods options and everything is separated so you can chose what works best for you.

Nice stay for weekend

Everything was great stayed on the exec floor and breakfast and snacks great. Close to tram, beautiful park across the road, near MCG and other sport facilities.

Location. Staff were friendly and helpful

Air conditioning was a problem as it was too warm and could only be adjusted by a degree or two. Staff was called but we were told it is a continuing problem in summer with all the rooms facing this way.

Very good

Great location and near a tram and metro station. Great view of mcg from window. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Lovely buffet breakfast.

Unfortunately the jacuzzi wasnt working (no water in it) which wasnt clear when booking or even when we arrived. Rooms a bit smaller than expected or shown in the images (some clever photography), not much space to move around with cot in there as well.
