Absolutely spot on

Amazing location and absolutely incredible staff. Rooms presented impeccably ever day of our stay. Sparkling water tap on each level outstanding. And valet parking spot on.

Enjoyed my staff apart from strange encounter with a staff member

Beautiful hotel in an absolutely brilliant location.

One staff member at the front desk said to me you dont have to be so awkward when I politely asked to have my room made up. I couldnt believe it never been told Im awkward in my life or that a member of staff would ever speak to a guest like that. It was very strange.
