The Aloft Asheville Downtown has friendly and well-trained staff with a neat lobby. The beds in the rooms are comfortable and the location is great for exploring downtown and visiting the Biltmore. H (Read More)owever, some negative points include old and stained carpets in the hallways and rooms, as well as inconvenient parking facilities located behind the hotel. Overall, it is a good choice for younger and more agile guests, but may be challenging for others.

Very good

Night away from the children in downtown Asheville.

Great location, wonder staff

There was a very large dog in the room next door that barked all night and the following morning. We finally informed the staff and they took care of it for us. Thank you!

We will definitely stay here again!

The property was very dog friendly, especially in the common areas. the staff was friendly and the food in the market area was good and had a good variety. The location was great for walking around town.

I could have used more pillows and maybe a microwave, but otherwise no problems.

Fun with a lot of unexpected perks!

Loved access to the balcony. Pool tables and hotel bar were a bonus. Being in downtown with access to restaurants and bars was perfect. Will definitely be back!

Locked ourselves out of the room when the locking bar on the sliding glass door to balcony fell down and locked us out but staff came quickly and back in...we had a good laugh.

Noise, cars up and down most of the night could hear everything. Sofa bed so uncomfortable, also sofa bed sheets were old and hadnt been cleaned. The price was a bit crazy for a 4pm checkin

Great location to enjoy downtown Asheville!

Perfect location. Our room was on the 3rd floor and we had access to the pool area with our own outdoor seating. Would be great in the summer!! Parking was included and attached.

Fun, friendly and in a fabulous location.

It was quirky and fun. In a great location. We asked the staff to draw a picture of what they thought we looked like, ahead of our arrival. And they did it. That is great customer service.

The only issue was we came in a Tesla and the charging station was not working.
