Way overpriced

The location was great. The Pillar Restaurant was convenient and enjoyable.

$586.00/night for a corner room over an intersection with no sound insulation. The only USB charging port in the room didn't work. The lighting was way too dim. There was this mass of unsightly wires hanging beneath the TV. Since I work in that field, I found it distracting. Only 1.5 rolls of TP when we got there...even Comfort Inn's provide at least 2 rolls. For $165 a night, I'd give it an 8. For $600.00 per night, they should be ashamed.

Great date night with my spouse, we had dinner at the Asheville Wine Market, thanks for shuttle!

Room was very nice, enjoyed the rooftop lounge, and breakfast was excellent

Overall good stay

Great location and amenities and spacious rooms and overall friendly staff.

One of the women at the reception was incredibly rude. She didnt find my reservation (which per se its ok) but her tone was: well I cannot find it, instead of let me see why I cannot find it turned out it was a system mistake. I also called for a Wi-Fi because it wasnt working and she was search for the network. Not very helpful.
