Very good

Location was great and breakfast was amazing with different varieties of Mediterranean food.

Excellent place to stay in Istanbul

The hotel is well located near the tourist centre but in a quiet street. The rooms and bathrooms are well appointed with all the comforts you could wish for. On arrival I was lucky enough to be greeted at the reception desk by assistant manager Khalid who provided excellent and professional support throughout my stay, making it even better.

The breakfast buffet tends not to be always resorted to, but this is a minor inconvenience.

Normal, but based on the rating and booking.com's description, we expected much more.

The location, breakfast and service were very good. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The room was not comfortable. First of all, the size of room is not as big as it's written on booking.com. The bathroom was very tiny. The bed was very uncomfortable as well. The walls of the room were very thin and loud noise from other rooms was coming into the room.

The staff service was exceptional. Particularly the Front Office was extremely courteous and helpful. Best value for money hotel in the Sultanahmet area. Provides a homely vibe for the tenants.

Great place for a stay in Istanbul

Great staff who were always willing to assist. The replies to queries both before and during the stay were handled quickly and directly. The breakfast was well prepared and was nourishing. All types of food were provided.

I liked everything - nothing was out of place, and all went to plan.

I would choose another hotel

Location was great

We especially paid attention not to choose basement room to have normal view. Instead we got a room with windows facing some roofed storage patio. You couldn't even tell what weather it was! Guests who had been staying in this room before us, changed it, but for us it wasn't possibile. The bathroom was tiny and full of mould. Coffee from the machine at breakfast was dreadful.
