A memorable experience!

Very good staff and great hospitality! Nice outdoor pool! Had New Year eve music event! Complementary breakfast was good! They have managed the year end crowd very well!

Got only the ground floor room. We preferred other floor for better balcony view.

If you want just views and peace and quiet stay here.

The availability of the various activities and the amazing views.

No extra pillow for extra bed. Claimed the entire resort doesnt have any extra pillow. Food was average and meat was not cooked hygienically as we had diarrhea after the hotel dinner. Location was just way too far from any attraction.

It was nice stay with limited service

The rooms, bathroom and toilet were clean. The outdoor play area was quite good. Buffet breakfast was excellent.

The hotel room size was quite small for a family of 4 . The restaurant service is quite limited, probably due to the small size of the restaurant. Dinner food quality and variety was not so great, no customisation of spices.

Value for money !!!

Value for money. Calm, pleasant, away from city crowd, well maintained property, facilities were adequate, staffs were extremely polite and helpful, nearby attractions, wifi details and tv channel details were properly printed and provided at the room.

Delay to get the food after ordering could have been reduced (now its 30-45 mins) It would have been good, if there is a sign board with resorts name placed on both the roads (top and bottom) where we take a deviation from the main road to the resorts road.

Pleasant Hill Resort: A Relaxing and Memorable Stay We recently spent a week at the Pleasant Hill Resort and had a wonderful time. The resort is located in a beautiful setting with stunning views of the surrounding countryside. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff is friendly and attentive. We were particularly impressed with the food. The restaurant offers a variety of delicious dishes, and the service is excellent. We also enjoyed exploring the small farm on the property. The owners raise their own cows and chickens, and there are even some cute bunnies running around in the garden. Overall, we had a very positive experience at the Pleasant Hill Resort. Disappointing

Pleasant view, unpleasant smell in balcony, loud noise and worst food

The only thing good about this hotel is pleasant view.

Its not a four star hotel. Just a small guest house. The balcony are big and have pleasant view but smell from kitchen makes you go inside the room in a minute. Most horrible was the sound of fan of kitchen which was so loud in the room at third floor that you get annoyed. Lastly food is a cheating here. No live item in breakfast like dosa. We had dinner included and the food options are very limited and basic. For example no paneer sabji. And food taste is worst, we didnt eat 60% of the food. Wish booking.com had real reviews for this properties and we would have skipped this 2 star guest house.
