Superb

Absolutely fabulous. Loved the food, the swim out room, the entertainment, facilities and beach.

Would not recommend to anyone.

The staff were very friendly.

The pool was too cold, the cushions and umbrellas needed to be replaced, and the beach was not good to many rocks, I cut my foot and it took over a week to heal. Low-end liquor in the rooms. Should provide a free shuttle from and to the airport at the cost of the room. Paid for a king bed and got a room with 2 full beds, the room was not set side by side with a traveling friend

We had a great time with great friends. And entertainment was really good. Enjoyed the Michael Jackson tribute.

The grounds were very pretty and close to the beach. The rooms were nice and big and very clean.

The view from our room. And they said balcony with a view. And all we had was trees. Closed in. And our room had a musty order smell. Everything in our suitcase smelled like the room. Even when we came home it smelled. They had a summa bar, but no other services while you laid out by the pool no waitresses and no poolside food.

I would highly recommend this resort to everyone..

The food and hotel were fantastic..very comfortable and safe, and had a very nice short walk to the beautiful beach!

Some of the staff that worked there, we thought could have been a little more friendly..the bar which had some of the friendliest bartenders, was the smaller pool..not the main pool...Deysi and David, the best and also Jacinto..

Overall amenities were fabulous but a couple of issues that management would not resolve.

The staff were amazing. They work tirelessly to make everyones stay incredible. Above and beyond! Loved the pools, the spa, the restaurants. Very classy location. Excellent concerts. Foam pool party was a highlight. Pool staff so energetic and fun! Stayed for a week.

We had black mold in our room. You could smell it very strong. It was visible in bath tub screen. There were black mold spores on our sheets and pillow cases. We were told by concierge it was from the dryers. They wouldnt give us another room because the concierge said a lot of rooms are like that. Interesting that we visited friends rooms who did not have it on their sheets, nor did they have a mildly snell and visible black mold. We did hear another guest complaining about the same issue with no true resolution. They did replace the sheets and there were no black marks on them. My daughter got sick with sinus and chest cold and mid way through our stay we both got diarrhea and still have it upon our return. We were acquainted with a group of 56 other people of which a lot of people had the same gastrointestinal issues.
