All in all it was good

The location of the premises was very close to tube lines. Due to that fact Londons central areas are very accessible.

The rather old hotel building is pretty squeaky and noisy. The windows are not sound tight.

Very good

The location is very good, near Bayswater Underground station (for District and Circle lines) and Queensway Underground station (for Central Line). The hotel's also near Kensington Gardens. My room was quite small but comfortable and quiet. The hotel has a quite spacious lounge area. There was no cooked breakfast but the range of food and drink of the continental breakfast provided was adequate.

On arrival in the evening, I found that the tap of my washbasin was broken and it wasn't possible to see any of the channels on the TV (no signal). However, the next morning the lady behind the reception got these problems sorted out very quickly and by the time I'd had breakfast, a new tap had been installed and the television fixed.

Very good option for its price/location

The location is great - easy access to a tube station nearby- and I enjoyed the breakfast. The staff for the breakfast are quick and competent. The room was quiet, well-stocked for my needs, and very clean.

I knew I was in a "small single room" and it was indeed very small. The room was only a few inches wider than the bed. But I wasn't in the room all that much, so in the end, it wasn't that big a deal.

The breakfast was simple and good.. The cozy hotel with nice ambience. Friendly n helpful staff.

If we were to get a better outside window view would be nice.

New year celebrations

Everything was perfect. The hotel is clean , comfortable and very smart. I need to find out where the pillows were sourced...Best I've slept on ...2 minute walk from Bayswater tube shops and a lovely pub, that serves good food.

If I had to be picky it would be the lack of a cooked breakfast. It was more a buffet with cereal.

A 5 mins walk from Bayswater station(abt 8 mins from Queensway).Nice clean no fuss hotel at a reasonable price in a nice neighbourhood. The area is loaded with restaurants, fast foods, bakeries, supermarkets (Tesco & Sainsburys) and small shops.Hotel has storage luggage which is convenient for when your departure flight is late in the afternoon or when staying one night in another location(going to a Liverpool match in my case).No fuss breakfast as well in the morning but enough not to go hungry.I find this hotel to be very good value for money.I will stay there again without hesitation.

The fire alarm sounded in the middle of the night!! Fortunately it was a false alarm...

Really good!

The workers were really kind and helpful, the room was really clean and comfortable. The hotel was really close to the Kensington gardens and the underground. Very lively are at night which made me feel so comfortable walking at night.
