Fabulous choice, close to great shops and easy working distance to the river and iconic buildings

Lovely and clean, with a great view from the 13th floor.

We were possibly a bit close to the lifts, and could hear them in the night.

Our stay at Park Hyatt was absolutely outstanding. We enjoyed every minute of it. Personel was very polite, helpfull and thoughtfull. The room was absolutely perfect. From towels, bedding, night lights, shades everything was thought of. The in room bar was amazing they had some pre-prepared bottled coctails to enojoy. This hotel is beyond 5 stars - it has much more. Attention to details and the smallest plesures that make the real difference between 5 star and real luxury. Perfection. Thank you Park Hyatt.

The location of your hotel is the one of the only reason that I booked your hotel.

The price was a higher than expected. I was not happy with the cost of car garage parking

We were very happy with our stay and will be returning!

The staff was kind and helpful. The food was perfect.

The TV channel kept switching randomly while we were watching something. No late night in-hotel snack options which is bad for low blood sugar emergencies.

beautiful hotel, but

location. lovely lounge. staff was very friendly. room and view were wonderful. awesome fitness center.

we were o my there for a short time and because of delays in fixing the hot tub, we didnt get to use it for a full day. also, I didnt realize when booking that the spa was closed. that was one of the main reasons we booked, and to not have it on-site was a disappointment.
