There is an onsen so it is very good to relax after travelling, great location and food stores and convenience store in the ground floor and shopping nearby. The twin room is very spacious and all very pleasant and at home stay.

Perfect experience and a value of money

Everything was great. Nice location, right next to the metro station, supermarket and several restaurants downstairs. Smooth checkin, quiet, clean and room is big for its price. A value of money .

The location is perfect and the springs it's also perfect , and a design of the bathroom's shower hot water is very convenient

The sofa it mention is not what I think ~ And the biggest problem is the TV Come on~ it's 2023 you should provide the controller be able to connect to the Netflix or YouTube

Value Option for Visiting Tokyo

Very convenient location, just one station from Shingawa and around 30 minutes away from Shinjuku and Shibuya. There are also number of restaurants and convenient stores nearby so its quite easy to grab some food even if you are arriving late or leaving early. The room is neat and tidy, with necessary amenities such as television, kettle, fridge and hair dryer in place, though a little bit small. Bedding is comfortable as well. Check-in/out is through self-service machine, it take a very short time and is easy to use. There are also number of friendly staff standby at the lobby to offer you assistance. Self-service luggage locker is available at the lobby for free.

Not enough electricity plug in the room, and there is no USB charging port as well. What a pity that there is not bath tub in the room, you can only visiting the public bath if you fancy a hot water bath after a day of walk. Soundproofing for the door is not so good, you may hear someone talking on the corridor.

Excellent location, exceptional value. Will definitely stay here again.

Convenient location as the hotel is steps away from the JR station, and only 1 train stop away from Shinagawa Station. Plenty of excellent dining options and shopping locations close to the hotel. Hotel room itself was very clean, functional, and comfortable to stay in. Enjoyed the hot bath facility in the same building complex as well as the discounted price for hotel guests. Would definitely stay here again for my next trip back to Tokyo. Exceptional value for the price of the hotel.

Room is not too large, so can get uncomfortable if too much luggage. The shower faucet was a little awkward as you have to keep pushing the lever to make the water run continuously. Somewhat inconvenient that you had to go to the lobby each time to get a towel replacement.

Very good

Small yet super clean room

The room maybe small and minimalistic, but it was very clean. It had an air purifier/humidifier. The location is right across from the JR Oimachi Station, which is one station away from Shinagawa, which provides access to the Shinkansen (bullet train) and the trains to Haneda Airport. The hotel is located in the building with plenty of restaurants and shops, with Hankyu department store's gourmet food store with amazing bento/deli selections.

The room is tiny, and the price seemed to have gone up. It was still one of the most affordable options in the area. TV didn't have many channel options. I wish it had movie channels.
