Very good

I would stay there again.

breakfast was great. the location was exactly was what i wanted and close to everything. my room was upgraded and greater than expected. I was given a suite which was pretty good. with two beds and a small sitting area and two TVs.

The Parking. The valet was expensive. The hotel didn't have its own free parking. It took a long time to find a close free parking around the hotel.

A magnificent property. Graced by fabulous furniture and lighting. Staff is the best anywhere!

We had been to the Omi for conferences but had never stayed there.. It was great and the grounds

The upgrade was more than we could have expected. The view was great. We enjoyed mixing with the Jewish patrons that had come in to DC for the demonstation. Staff was great

Disappointing

In need of renovation; watch out for hidden fees

It was cool to stay at an historic property, and I liked the Christmas decor. You can walk to some restaurants and stores nearby.

The hotel is badly in need of renovations and I was disappointed in the state of it. Many advertised amenities were unavailable, for example the business center (which I needed to use during my 3-day stay) was empty, also no gym or spa. The room was VERY noisy. We heard entire conversations in the adjoining room (the guest was also sick so sneezing/coughing constantly and waking us up at night, the walls are that thin). Heard entire conversations in the hallways. The room was not cleaned well; there was a book left behind in the bed. Refrigerator was slightly moldy. Expensive parking charge, tons of added fees for room service food (we wanted to order but couldn't justify all the fees), and...I had no idea hotels were still charging for WiFi in 2023.
