Exceptional

A lovely stay with my family here, Jacqueline is so friendly polite, patient to advice us with fast respon. The house is super clean, awesome and make us surprise on the design, my kids loves. pinky and hello kitty decoration. Definitely that is " waw" effect. TV box is provided, never miss the drama and football show. location is great as all attraction nearby. Highly recommended. Value for money. I had booked this unit for next trip.

Octagon Ipoh Review

I love that the staff Jacqueline is super helpful and responded very quickly whenever i have issue or needed to check something. She tries to accomodate to the request too. Overall the room size is large and liked the location of the place. Its very near to the famous street food area. Below the place has a famous confectionary shop too. Provided knife and some cutlery which can be used to eat fruits or snacks bought back. Very easy check in and out process.

The wall might need a little repainting as it started to peel and the toilet bowl cover needed some fixing too. No toilet paper was provided and had to get our own but not much of an issue since can get it in 7-11. The walkway to the room needed some lights too, looks too dark and scary. If you drive, it is not intuitive to drive up as it does not follow the flow of driving up.

The location was a hit! Right smack in Ipoh Town.

The towels could be of better quality as a lot of fiber shredding from the towels every time we used it.
