Family friendly resort
Sale you timeshare / membership stuff were pushy . Once you didnt sign up , they dont want to talk to you again or look you in the eyes even passing you by

Good value for money however not 5 stars but overall okay
There were plenty of options of pools and areas to sit. The staff were friendly and the weather was good in December. The rooms and communal areas were clean and comfortable.
The food was very average and the inclusive drinks were cocktail drinks which were very sweet.

The perfect place for a weekend getaway, loved it
The staff was really friendly and helpful, specially at the main restaurant where they tried to accommodate my needs since I have food allergies. The breakfast and dinner service in particular were super nice.

The bartenders were so fun and friendly. All areas of the resort including our rooms were extremely clean. The resort was large and offered a lot of different amenities. We felt super safe leaving the resort and going downtown playa
Being harassed by the man trying to sell timeshare and how rude he was when we told him we werent interested. Our fridge in our room didnt work

Asked about some information and was approached by a seller from the hotel. Dont go there for the beach. Its small and not really nice
