Hotel was great, would most definitely stay again

It was very clean from the reception up to the rooms. Great quirky interior. Very attentive, welcoming staff and go above and beyond. Placing some cupcakes and birthday card for my partner.

The spa could be better. Empty cups on the side. Not many facilities, just sauna, steam room and large pool. A hot tub would of been nice, as well as a crushed ice pit for coming out of the steam room. An odd bar space with nothing on, apart for some banana chips and another item.

2 comfortable king beds in one room(they actually may have been queen)was a big plus, the staff was nice and its a quick walk to the Holborn underground station.

This is definitely not a 4 star hotel. Very few amenities and you will get very little assistance with bags, info, reservations etc. Housekeeping services are very poor. We were there 4 nights/days and only had our room serviced once. They did not take/replace any of our dirty glasses and did not give us enough clean towels. When we asked for more towels we were told they were having a "towel shortage". We paid extra for the daily breakfast which at first glance looks like a big spread but the food is not good. We ended up just grabbing coffee there and eating elsewhere. The hotel location is so so. Close to the underground which is convenient but due to the rain we took taxis for nicer restaurants/shopping.

Very good

Very quick and easy to get checked in , room was very good size so was the bed which I was very happy about being a tall

Very welcoming staff was happy to answer any questions , pool , sauna and steam room was really nice very relaxing .

The pool wasnt deep at all which was a bit of a disappointment I couldnt swim properly . And all messages and spa treatments where full book which I didnt know I had to book before hand.

Pleasant

Great location, average quality for the price

The hotel is very close so Holborn station - a really convenient location. Comfy beds.

Check in experience wasn't great - air conditioning in my room wasn't working, reception weren't answering the phone so I had to go downstairs. Maintenance didn't turn up after 30mins so I ended up going downstairs again to request to change rooms. Second room hadn't been hoovered well but air conditioning was fine.

Nice at first glance but a dreadful stay!

The room was very nicely decorated and very clean.

Loud air con/heating, possibly outdated. Bathroom extremely small and too many noises from unknown source all night which prevented me from sleeping. Ended up checking out around 5.30am as I couldnt bear it anymore!

Good location but the hotel needs better management.

Location.

We changed room because of filthy. Dirty floor with pieces of food like ham, unclean table with circle spots of glass, and the worst of all, unclean toilet with dry feces around it, like diarrhea. The last thing was the main reason we requested another room.
